I had the best time trying on an array of exquisite dresses, thoughtfully curated by Gillian. This process led to the unveiling of her 'wild card' - a dress she revealed that she had envisioned for me from the very beginning. This was the dress!

I bought an ex-sample Savin London gown, which was both unique and timeless. I loved the minimalist, sleek design and the bespoke skirt that added just the right touch of drama! It was exactly the elegant, feminine, statement dress I didn't even know I was looking for. I described the dress as classic at the top and a party at the bottom!

I had already tried on 25+ dresses across various bridal shops in London where you have to preselect dresses before you arrive and none of them were perfect... However, when I went to see Gillian, her approach is to chat to you first and get to know your style and THEN she hand selects dresses for you to try on. I ended up buying the very first one she showed me, so she definitely knows what she is doing!! The dress ended up setting the theme for the whole wedding and now I have returned it to Gillian to hopefully give someone else the amazing chance to wear it on their day too. Thank you Gillian!! Couldn't recommended her more.

This ended up being my final stop on my dress hunting expedition, and I'm glad it was. After trying on so many dresses and not quite finding what I wanted, Gillian really listened to what I had pictured in my head and although she didn't have the exact dress I wanted, she was able to bring my vision to life with some alterations. The quality of her stock is excellent and because she is a dress maker herself she really understands her products and her clients.

My mum and I had such a wonderful afternoon back in early 2022 at Gillian Million. You have the whole shop completely to yourselves and Gillian asks lots of questions about your plans for the day and your style. Gillian then picks out a selection of gorgeous pre-loved dresses which perfectly fit the brief! I fell in love with the last one that I tried on, a custom Jesus Peiro dress.
